Principal Ho Mun Yan, Cecilia

Principal Ho Mun Yan has been involved in early childhood education since 1994, possessing extensive experience in school administration and management. She holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Christian Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education, a Kindergarten Principal Certificate, and an Early Childhood Education Certificate. She is also a certified instructor for the "6A Character Education" program by the Hong Kong Character Education Movement.

Guided by her principle of "Love and Respect," Principal Ho focuses on holistic development, inclusivity, cultural integration, and environmental practices. She believes that "every child is unique" and emphasizes that early childhood education is not just about knowledge acquisition but also about fostering empathy, responsibility, and inclusivity. Under her leadership, the school has cultivated a harmonious and positive atmosphere, allowing every child to explore freely in an environment of love and care.

Over the years, Principal Ho has gained widespread recognition for her outstanding educational management skills and selfless dedication. She has received multiple prestigious awards, including the "Outstanding Educational Administrator Award" from the Hong Kong Educational Administration Association for the 2024/2026 period, which highlights her expertise in educational management and planning. Additionally, she has been recognized by the Hong Kong Scout Association and the Equal Opportunities Commission, reflecting her commitment to social responsibility.

Looking ahead, Principal Ho aims to further enhance the integration of Chinese culture, environmental education, and inclusivity into the curriculum while actively exploring innovative approaches to early childhood education. She seeks to strengthen collaboration among families and the community. Her goal is to develop Christian Happy Road Kindergarten into a nurturing and high-quality environment for children's growth, fostering more loving, knowledgeable, and responsible future stars.'
