The award scheme aims to praise those who have excellent performance in whole-person development, as well as encourage the schools to create a good learning atmosphere in order to nurture and encourage students to learn, build friendships, and establish good interpersonal relationships independently and proactively, hoping to develop students' empathy and feelings sharing.
