Chinese New Year Celebration Party of the Year of Rabbit
We are grateful that the CNY Celebration Party was held successfully before CNY Holiday.
In the celebration of CNY, children read books to know more about the origin and custom of the traditional festival, and learn about different kinds of food we have in CNY.
Children learnt through play and pretend play, learning to give CNY greetings to others, as well as how to give warm blessings to family and friends.
Lion dance is a traditional Chinese culture. Children moved their body with holding the lion head and tail while some of them were beating the drum with the rhythm to perform the lion dance. They were engaged in the activity confidently.
The CNY is starting soon. We hope parents and children could celebrate with family and friends during the holiday. Out with the old, in with the new!
