Value Physical Fitness and Health, Exercise Often Good for Health
Starting from 15th Feb 2023, K3 children have been adapting the school life of whole-day class, enjoying their learning journey at school. In order to foster children's growth and development, The team of HKU Physical Activity conducted a fitness test with our K3 children, and arranged fitness coaches playing fun games with them, enhancing their physical fitness together.
