"Children who engage in exercise perform well and are happy and enthusiastic!" Our school participates in the "Jockey Club Home-School Physical Fitness Academy for Kindergartens" program. In order to further promote the development of physical fitness for families, schools, and young children, this program provides on-campus services to parents and young children, including physical fitness and health assessments and analysis. The physical fitness assessment test consists of 7 items, including standing height and weight, sit and reach, standing long jump, continuous two-foot jumps, bean bag throw, balance beam, and reaction lights.
Through various forms of activities and games, children participated in the assessment items with joy and fun. With a happy mood, they strived to complete each task and are very satisfied with their performance, thereby enhancing their confidence and self-image.
At the same time, the program also held parent education activities. Parents were highly concerned about their children's growth and health, actively participating and showing great enthusiasm to further understand the importance of cultivating physical fitness for young children.
